Return Policy
Items purchased from Imexdeal items can be returned under the following circumstances:
• Damaged goods from shipping
• Misprinted Goods
• Defective Goods

Items purchased from Imexdeal can be returned for a refund within 10 working days after purchase, after which it will not be accepted.

If there is a fault with your item please contact us on +91 8582993553 where we will be able to assist you further about what we can do to resolve the issue.

We regret that we are unable to replace an item until the original is returned to Imexdeal.

If you desperately need the item it is advisable that you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

How to return your item?
Follow our 4 Hassle Free steps to return your item:
1. Contact us on +91 8582993553 with your concern and one of our team will assist you if you have any further questions / queries.
2. Pack the necessary items in the original packaging (As Received) with the invoice and a note explaining reason for return.
3. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
4. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

Returning Faulty Goods
Should you receive a faulty product please let us know immediately. You can contact us on +91 8582993553 where one of our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.

You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition we may ask for your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available when you call.
1. We will be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
2. Please return the goods to the address on the top of your invoice.

How long will my Refund take to be processed?
Here at Imexdeal we aim to issue your Refund within 14 working days from when we receive the items. If you have any concerns that you have not received your return within this time please contact us on +91 8582993553 where we will be able to look into the issue further.

Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

Also note that there will not be any refund of shipping charges.
